I mean say if Zira and Vitani got into a fight and told Zira that she would rather stay with Nala and leave Zira. And when she arrives at Pride Rock and Nala secretly keeps Vitani without Simba knowing what would happen if Simba and Zira find out?

Simba would not trust Vitani and ZIra would think she were a pure traitor but Nala would defend Vitani and not let Simba nor Zira hurt her. Nala is pretty strong. If you can remember, she could pin Simba.

I think Simba would be mad, but more hurt than Nala didn't tell him. I also think that if Nala wanted Vitani in the pried it would be fine with Simba.

i think Vitani would exiled from priderock (alreadly was)and also be exiled from the outlands too alone with nala

Vitani would probably be killed or exilede another theory of mine is that simba will be really disapointed at nala.
