They look the same because they are supposed to look evil. Also, they
are part of the same group and if they all looked different then it
would look wierd. (Vitani looks somewhat different, like a scruffy
pridelander even if she is an outlander but she still has the evil
look.)

It's was suposed to look like they had a hard time in life,
Not evil! Though it gives the look some what. It was ment
for us also to be able to spot one from another, I mean if
they all looked the same we would be like, "Wait did the
good one just ponce another good one? What the heck?! OMG I
can't tell I give up I'lll just wait and see what happens."

They could have been related to Scar and all of them could
have been his aunts or step sisters or cousens or what
ever

They look the same, because it's the look of evils..

i guess its just because of the different prides

because there meant to look evil , and Simba's pride isn't
the outsiders have longer noses, and diferent style noses,
to ake them look evil, and Simba's pride would look really
friendly
