why would Simba get mad at Kiara for going into the outlands, from what he saw she was in the pridelands, and  Kovu came to the Pridelands. Unless Simba saw kiara in the outlands , i did notice when he said "you could have ben killed out there" , but when did he see her out there in the first place!

For people who say that Simba went to the outlands when he
was a cub, that's incorrect. There was no outlands then;
only the elaphant grave yard. The outlands were "formed"
when Simba exiled the lionesses that suported Scar.

And no one actually knows how Simba found out she
was in the outlands. But he probably kind of figured she was
since Kovu was in the Pride Lands. Who knows.

Simba knew that Kiara was just like him when HE was a cub therefore he knew where she was going and plus Timon and Pumbaa might have saw her run off and told Simba.

maybe zazu told simba where it looked like kiara was coming from when he saw kovu dragged her through the water over to the pridelands
