Someone has already answered this question. I think that
this REALLY is becoming a problem. Look back before you
ask.
Anyways, yes, Sarabi WAS THE queen, but she
wasn't born a queen. To be one she became mates with
Mufasa. Kiara, on the other hand, was BORN queen.
Therefore she could have been a single ruler if she wanted
to. Also, Scar forced himself to become king. I don't
think that any lioness wanted to question his ruling
abilities. I also don not think that Sarabi was mentally
stable enough to rule. I, for one, know that if my son and
mate were dead, I wouldn't want to rule. There would be
enough pressure from their deaths. I hope this helps!!

sarabi was just mufassa's mate. mufassa was the king and
scar was next in line until simba was born. when simba was
born he was next in line and scar was moved back til after
simba. when mufassa was murdered and simba disappeared scar
became king because sarabi wasnt of royal blood so she wasnt
the rightful queen.
