If we are going to use a background character like Dotty or one of the other outsiders a lot, and we give them personalities, backstorys, and names, should we make pages for them? Or should we just not tag anyone because they were originally created by Disney?

Background characters aren't noticed as complete characters and seemed to be noticed by fans more so. Since they are still technically owned by Disney, I think we shouldn't create our own character profile for them. It should be up to animation source to have a 'Character profile' of said background character, if not, I think it is best to specify in any images and/or stories, art, etc that it is a background character from the movie and give credit to Disney for the character.
