Underneath the 'Fans' heading on the left hand side of the page there is a button saying Fanfic. Click on it.
Next, at the top of the page, underneath the scrolling banner, there is a button saying Send. Click on it and it should come up with the rules. Read the rules carefully in order to make sure your fanfic will get accepted. Once you have accepted the rules it takes you to a page where you can start or edit a fanfic. You want to start, so press Send New Fanfic. Fill in all the boxes with the correct information and press continue. Afterwards you should be able to write your fanfic.
If you need anymore help feel free to ask me, either by posting on my page or sending me a PM.
