hi I was looking at a contest and I saw that the entered pics were animated is this because when the pics are entered they are automatically animated? Really all I need is someone to walk me through the animation and contest entering process. Oh one more question can you enter a picture non animated into a contest?
Thank you

A picture cannot be automatically animated when it is sent in. You have to go through a process, one of which I do not know how to do, in order to make it move. Depending on the contest, you can submit non-animated images, but whichever one you're talking about depends on the requirements.
As for how to do it? I haven't found any good sources, beginner or not, that may be of use to you. Yes, there are many out there, but we'd need to know what program you use in order for us to help you any further.
