Hmm, I know there are many similar questions and also kinda same question, but I'm asking again. I know a lots of and lots of, but is there are by which I can draw good pictures and is easy to handle and that is free and easy to download? Please!

As Eris said, it takes time, practice, and patience to draw something good, a certain program isn't going to make you do that.
I would recommend GIMP or Paint Tool Sai, but I will just warn you, that both programs (really almost any program) will be pretty confusing when you start. Paint.NET isn't as confusing, but what you can do on there is limited, and is used for renders and bases more then for drawings (I use Paint.NET for rendering, and GIMP for drawing, just as an example).

Paint Tool Sai is one of the best I ever used, I use it for everything
when it comes to editing images because it's easy to control, however
I have the feeling you don't have so many tools as other programs like
Gimp or Photoshop, and as far as I know, I downloaded my ''PTS'' for
free and it works perfectly fine, you just gotta search. But if you
want more practicability and easy tools, I suggest Paint Tool Sai.
However the good results only show up when you learn how to use the
tools for different things, and improvise some effects with different
tools, so yeah... it takes time to do something ''good'' enough in
Sai, but I don't think it's different for other programs. So my
suggestion: Paint Tool Sai |

I use GIMP to edit my pictures and I used to use it for drawing them
as well. It is a good program, similar to photoshop, but easier to use
and free to download. However, I do my actual drawings on an app on my iPad called Procreate. I can' term ember whether it was free or not, sorry. There is also Inkscape, Paint.net and loads more out there that are similar to GIMP or Photoshop, so I would recommend experimenting with what's out there! |
