Well, as for BMP it takes a long time to upload, so I usually use PNG

Maybe it's to do with the type you save it as. For example, PNG, BMP, JPG, ect. I usually save mine on PNG. Which one do you usually save your creations on?

I know that Internet Explorer has these problems, but it works on Google Chrome. Have you tried refreshing the browser?

Animation Source and Internet Explorer don't like each other. Any other browser for AS should be fine.

is there any error message when it doesn't load? Maybe there's something wrong with the file too.

Have you tried a different browser? I've found that sometimes, for some reason, it's slow with some browsers.
