Do Timon and Pumbaa ever age in any thing lion king related? They look like the same exact age from the first time ever meeting Simba when he was a cub to Simba and Nala's daughter Kiara is an adult. That's like many years apart. They saw Simba grow from a cub to an adult. That's years apart. And they see the same for Kiara. That's double the years. Do Timon and Pumbaa ever age? Because they look the same the whole series.

In the first movie, Timon and Pumba are not as thickened out as they are in the second movie, remember that they only eat bugs and not meat, so it's not because they're eating better
So, yes, they do since they've thickened out, as mentioned before, it's the little details you font catch at first that can really answer questions like these
