Does anyone know how to create a graphic image? If so, how and what site?

GIMP is great, and is also free to download. There are other sites that are free and you do not need to download. If you look up, there will be answers on Yahoo with links on them (you do not need an yahoo account for this). You can also blend images on Paint.NET, but you can't really make special effects on it. I would strongly suggest any type of GIMP.

If you want GIMP, be careful what site you download it from. When I downloaded it, I also got a browser virus called Snap.Do. It's reasonably easy to get rid of, but it would be best if you found a site that someone else has tried and tested.

Pixlr Editor is an amazing for graphics, and so is Pixlr Express, which has all the fonts, stickers, overlays and effects on it! Or, PicMonkey is a really good site for making graphics and adding effects!

Lunapic is basic and simple to use, but if you want more high quality images, GIMP (as suggested before) is probably the best. It's free to download.

Pixlr Express is good for blending images and adding cool effects and text, though it's not as advanced as GIMP: http://pixlr.com/express/

Pizap is a really good online graphic creator, but for collages and not so much for layering. Or, you can download GIMP (which is free) and create layered graphics using that. If you have any more questions about either of them then feel free to ask.
