some people are making images with rain effect, blinking and other things but how can you do it? So please if you have made one like that or know how to make them please tell.

Like Rain said, these are madeon Lunapic. But I would advise that you
not use that site, or at least not use the crappy animations it can
apply. It just isn't very creative.... |

Many users use a free online program called LunaPic. You can make rain
effects and animations on this. Other users use the programs they already have (Like Gimp and Photoshop). They make animations, having each animation frame on a seperate layer and save the image as GIF. Celtic Kate, k2m was referring to images, not icons and/or signatures. |
