Can you blend images on the sketchpad that is on this site? i dont have another program and i cant download it so if you can blend the images on the sketchpad then please tell me.

Yes you can. I don't use this online program, but I know it works the same way that Gimp and Photoshop works.
To blend images in Pixlr, get your images and place them on separate layers. Then lower the opacity on each of the layers and erase the edges using a soft brush (eraser).
