Ice maker

In the lion king 2.kiara had half a refection but in we are one song she had a whole refeltion.Why is that?

Its metaphorical I think. Kiara thinks being a princess "is only half of who she is" but she is yet to find the other half. Kovu is that other half, and later in the movie it shows "they are one". She doesn't actually have have a half reflection, as that's impossible.
