I don"t get when some people here tell me to give credit I mean,Is it when you ask for a base and you thank them?Or if you use a base and you don"t say thanks?What?

When you use a base (so a blank lineart) that someone else made, you need to put in the description that the base you used was made by that person. If you don't, it'll look like you've stole it, that you're claiming it as your own.
So, giving credits, it's telling the other users that you used a base that someone else made.
