the fishwhy do so many people have a problem with nala and simba being related? or kiara and kovu or even fan baced lions? it happens in the wilds with lions. heck it happens with the dogs and cats theses people call pets, breeds are breeds cause humans picked two bred them then the best of the litter bred with the parents so whats the problem with it ?they own something(or might) that was created by family breeding but they still love it yet they hate the fact that two animated unreal lions could be related and be inlove

That is because TLK is meant for everyone, even younger audiences. And parents of these kids would not want them to watch stuff like two related (by blood) lions having cubs. Which is why Disney avoided it in first place. Because it would cause a lot of negative criticism. So Simba and Nala can not be related, same goes for Kovu and Kiara. It never was encouraged and fans do not use it much, because Disney did not mean it to be. Yes, it happens in nature, but TLK universe is not entirely like in nature. They did try to make it more realistic, but they also did avoid stuff which might cause negative response, either from parents or critics. So I guess fans just follow that logic.
