I've recently draw some fanart of Sora, from the game Kingdom Hearts, in his lion form. His character doesn't belong to me, and he isn't exactly a part of TLK, so I don't know if its possible to submit my fanart or not?

Yes, it is allowed. I would only suggest you to put in description from where char is and name of the company which made game. So it will not look like you are trying to claim it as your own.

I thinks it's allowed, since you made the lion form. I've seen fanart similar to what your saying, with chars from other things as a lion, so I believe t's allowed
