Kopa was only fanfiction, yet published by Disney. To summarize: Kopa wasn't made by Disney, that's why he didn't appear in the films

i know that they took him out of the lion king 2 and that makes me sad but why would they do that?

I didn't say I was trying to stop you from believing in Kopa, I was just stating facts: Kopa is not in the official movie universe, only the book universe

That is unknown, since no one knows what happened to him, except Disney cutting him out of the movie, there is no official story. So it is all open for fan fiction.

As far as Kopa real or not is concerned, real he is, since he does exist in books which were approved by Disney. But he has no official link to the movies. However stuff at least for me do look more like that cub at the end of TLK is male and is not same one as in TLK2. Which is why I believer that really was Kopa. But it is pretty much opened to interpretations and believes, which means that everyone can believe whatever he/she wants.

Technically, Kopa IS real. He IS the cub of Simba and Nala. So, he IS real. 'Kopa' however, isn't his real name in any place besides the book. His real name is Chaka. He, in fact, was cut out of TLK2.

Well that wont stop me from not believing in Kopa

Kopa wasn't planned to be in the movies because he was not made by Disney, only cannon. This is probably the reason why Disney made Kiara and put her in the movies. Kopa is not in the official TLK movie universe, only to the Book Universe, 6NA (the Six New Adventures)
