Yeah, she is Simbas aunt. If one of your parents has brother and he marries, girl he marries is your aunt. If you like her or not, but you do not have to call her or mention that she is your aunt, if you do not want it. So since Zira was with Scar, children or no, she is Simbas aunt. But she is not related by blood. And Simba or Zira never mentioned it, due to hate between each other.

I don't think that Zira is Simba's Aunt because he would've said so. It only makes sense to me about Zira being Simba's Aunt in fanfiction.

Zira is Simba's Aunt because she is mate to Scar, the uncle of Simba, brother to Mufasa. But she has no blood relationship. And since Zira is mate to Scar, Vitani and Nuka are his cousins. Yes, Kovu is not because he has no blood of Scar, only Zira's. Hope this helps!

Zira is Simba's aunt. Scar is Simba's uncle and Scar mated her, so that also makes Nuka and Vitani his cousins. (Not counting Kovu because he was adopted by Zira)

Yes, she is Simba's aunt. She is the wife of Scar, and there is evidence of that. In a deleted scene, she says that she is Scar's 'queen' whitch means they were married.
