Kopa and Vitani have no relationship in official movie universe, nor books and comics. TLK universe is very open to imagination, there are bunch of stuff not explained. And also a lot of stuff opened to different interpretations. So fans filled all holes by themselves, which leads us to many stories and interpretations. So it is up to you to maker your mind in what you believe.
