If Scar was Nala's farther Simba and Nala would be cousins and cousins can not mate it is bad for there offspring(Kiara,Kopa) Hoever if Mufasa was Nala's farther Simba and Nala would be even more related and would be worse for Kiara and Kopa. and Mufasa never loved Serafina anyway so has this accord to any one?

No one actually knows who is Nalas father. It was not officially shown in movies, or stated by Disney. Could be neither one of them, maybe some other lion, not part of Mufasas pride. Or he was in Mufasas pride, but has either ran away or died. Maybe Sarafina joined Mufasas pride already pregnant. You ave tones of possible scenarios.
Also as already said, cats do not care so much if they mate with relatives....

Woah, wait a minute!! Scar wasn't Nala's father nor was Mufasa! No one quite knows who he is, maybe some do, but it WAS NOT Scar or Mufasa! To answer your question, no it coudn't be bad for them if Simba and Nala were cousins. In some parts of the world, like Mexico, it is legall to marry your cousin. And Mufasa's mate has always been Sarabi, Scar's might have been Sarafina, but they didn't mate. Hope this helps!

It wouldn't necessarily be bad for them. I've heard somewhere that cats can breed together even if they are brother and sister or related in a close way.
