As far as I tested it and if I understand correctly what you are asking... Here is how I did it, I first made pages with choices linked to same page and later edited all choices to go on correct pages.
I found also another bug, if you try to edit choices and use drop list to select page, no change is made. Only if I manually wrote it to text field, modification was saved.
Another bug is also related to drop list, if in pages selection choose first page, I get negative number error. Works if I use text field.
Everything else mostly worked. On test I did get some error message n top of screen, but I could test book normally.
Last thing, delete gamebook option refuses its cooperation too...

There's a glitch for now on Gamebooks that doesn't let you move from one page to another. You're not doing anything wrong, the glitch just hasn't been fixed yet. Everybody's facing the same problem, including me.
