In the lion king 2 and Nuka says Vitani are children of Scar, however Vitani
has no very close resemblance to Zira by reason of having bangs and blue eyes
was here where the rumor is that Vitani Scar and Nala's daughter, can this be true?

No, this is not true. Vitani is Zira's daughter, and she is Nuka and Kovu's sister. We know this because she calls Zira "Mother" and she is the only other cub mentioned in TLK 2 (meaning that she wouldn't be without having some relation to Nuka, Kovu and Zira). Also, Vitani has the utter most respect for Zira (like a daughter would for a mother), and is always spending time with Nuka, and knew that Nuka was supposed to be watching Kovu (hinting that she was with Zira when Nuka was told to watch Kovu).
And, when Nuka dies, and Zira is mourning, Vitani comes up behind Zira, and starts mourning too, though none of the other lioness' do. Also, Nuka is kinda rude to Vitani, showing 'sibling hate' kinda thing. Vitani is the only lioness that talks, and also (this is suttle) the other lioness' are a 'grey' but Vitani is yellow-ish, showing that more thought was put into her design. She looks nothing like Scar and Nala (and Scar and Nala are two different generations) The bangs and blue eyes could be from her father...
