and truth be told in the real world of a lion the girls aren't really queens, a pride is ran much like a herd, there is a leader, and it's females whom he chooses to mate with or not. and unless the leader has brothers the other males are normally run out of the pride by the leader so he can keep his place as "king", but if the other males so choose they may try and fight him to get the spot as leader. The lioness in the real world of lions are just hunters and care takers, sometimes their might be an "alpha" like lioness who does have some power but thats only when the leader is away or if it has something to do with hunting or the cubs.

Well, not necessarily. It depends, really. If it's a boy cub, he needs to find a female to mate with so he can be king. If it's a girl, she needs to find a male so she can be queen. It could go either way. And I agree with Sofiel, if my answer doesn't help.

no in the lion world to become queen you need to mate with the "king" which means KOvu would either have to fight simba for the position as "king" or simba would have to giv eup his right as king and make kovu king without fighting. Simba did this at the end of the second movie so kovu does not have to fight him. so Kiara would be queen because kovu is now king and kovu is her mate. OR because kirara is next in line and she is mated with kovu and kovu is the only known male in the pride he automaticlt becomes king when simba dies, which means Kiara will becmone queen after both her parents die.
