1 - My windows is Windows Live 8, then MSPaint is different, the best MSPaint

 

2 - First get the image you want (The Lion King for this source), put it in Paint

 

3 - On the toolbar go to the polygon (If your MSPaint WindowsLive is the go to a second format) but in my case you must go on "Outline" put in solid color, then "padding" and No fill (Remember leaving a black color and white color 2)

 

4 - You should make the outline of the image, also bypassing the eyes, mouth and other details that will be useful in image, and it would be difficult to rebuild, acresente more details if you want the image

 

5 - Once you have outlined, if yours is older he will Mspaint prenhimento the blank automatically, but if you have Windows Live 8 click on "Solid Color"

 

6 - If you want a surrender, do not change anything, just paint and ready, but if you want a base to select all and invert the color, go to Properties and Attributes. Go black and white, invert the color again and voila!
