Haha, you' re funny, but you're not gonna fool me. This costume is exclusive and self-made, also it doesn't have any glowing parts, just as artist's description says. It's a great costume, yes, the best one I saw. It's a good thing to admire the creation, but claiming it as your own is not what good kids should do.
