I remember it like it was yesterday the shining lights the crowds the applause, and her.
Eyes that shone oh so brightly in the night.
Fur that glowed in the moon shine.
When I try to remember back far enough the lights dull the crowds fade and the savannah closes in I used to live their with my mother till the poachers came. They sent me to the circus a traveling circus I went all over the country till one night I saw her we were all camped for the night when I took my secret nightly stroll as I did every other night. Then I suddenly froze... I was being followed as I started to turn I was crushed by a weighty heave.
"ARE YOU HERE TO HURT JACK!"
I retorted back with confusion and anger,
"I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO JACK IS I'M JUST WALKING IS THAT AGAINST THE RULES OR SOMETHING!"
As the words came out her eyes darkened and saddened and she took a step back I was really starting to regret what i'd said.
"Hhhhhmm.... I guess where here for the same reason...sorry I shouted I just I....I.." She shook her body as if trying to shake the thought out of her head.
"I'm sorry as well I never meant to .... I was just trying to remember before the circus...Hey would you like to see a trick!...Well if that's all right?"
"ummmm sure I guess?"
Her ears lifted and she smiled was it some thing I mentioned? As we reached the clearing I sat and she did to she looked at me expectantly as if she knew. As I went to shift the soil she started to and she said what I was planning to...
"what is "left behind can grow better than the generation before – if given the chance?"
"HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?"
"My mother taught me I understand now I think we were meant to meet here Maybee meant to be together.... Whats your name ?" "Fuad it means heart..."
"I,m Emiko it means child graced with smiling beauty..."
And that was how my adventure,OUR, adventure started.
