Draw or use a base, or change a screen shot to make the outsiders into pride landers and the pride landers into outsiders. 
Make the pride landers more scruffy, thin, and other outsider things. While the outsiders are more shaped like a pride lander.
Outsiders have dark fur around there eyes, except for Zira. You can make pride landers have the dark fur, or just keep it the same.
You can change the pride lander’s noses to be outsider shaped and the outsider’s noses to be pride lander shaped.
Vitani can keep her hair tuft, and it’s up to you to keep or get rid of Scar’s scar and Zira’s notch. 
You can change Rafiki, Timon, Pumbaa, and Zazu to be outsiders too. Wouldn’t it be fun to see what they’d look like?
You can change the hyenas to be good, and look neater. It’s up to you to keep or get rid of Ed’s notches.

If I am allowed another then here is my entry. If not, stick with Sarabi. Anyway, this is Mufasa as an Outsider. I thought, since Sarabi had 'turned', I'd better make her mate 'turn' too. I got rid of the scar, because Mufasa doesn't have one, and added the claws because the Outsiders have claws showing. For the main body, mane and ear colours I just made them darker. For the underbelly colour I made it more grey. I did this because most of the lionesses remain greyish but Nuka, Kovu and Scar all have slightly brighter colous on them, just darker. This is why I made him this colour. Base by me

Base - Me (but edited a bit) I have done Sarabi as an Outsider. I made the ear rims inside the ear because that is what Vitani has. Because Sarabi has no tuft she has a few flicks of hair on her head. I changed her nose to an Outsider nose, but made it thinner because Sarabi has a thin nose. For her colours, I selected them off a screencap then made everything a bit greyer because all the Outsider colours are quite grey. (Great contest idea, by the way!)
