Draw or use a base, or change a screen shot to make the outsiders into pride landers and the pride landers into outsiders. 
Make the pride landers more scruffy, thin, and other outsider things. While the outsiders are more shaped like a pride lander.
Outsiders have dark fur around there eyes, except for Zira. You can make pride landers have the dark fur, or just keep it the same.
You can change the pride lander’s noses to be outsider shaped and the outsider’s noses to be pride lander shaped.
Vitani can keep her hair tuft, and it’s up to you to keep or get rid of Scar’s scar and Zira’s notch. 
You can change Rafiki, Timon, Pumbaa, and Zazu to be outsiders too. Wouldn’t it be fun to see what they’d look like?
You can change the hyenas to be good, and look neater. It’s up to you to keep or get rid of Ed’s notches.

This contest went better than a lot of my others. Some of my older ones never even got entries. Now on to the winners! First place goes to –RainbowDash95-, for the Scar in pridelander form entry. You didn’t just color Simba or Mufasa with Scar’s colors, you actually changed him yourself to be more pridelander like. You changed his nose to be a brown pridelander one, you removed his beard, you may or may not have changed his face to be less thin-I am not sure, and it looks like you even changed his mane. You also have pictures of parts of others changed. Second place goes to Haley for both pictures. The shadows made them good looking. I’m not sure if you did this on purpose, but Sarafina looks greyer, like an outsider. Third place goes to Lionlion111 for both pictures. You seemed to try and put effort in your entries, by changing actual colors from the film and making them more outsider colored, and by changing Sarabi’s ears and nose. There are no other places, but let me still talk about the other entries. -Glameow-, I can see that you tried to make Nala more outsider like such as giving her tufts, and an outsider nose Artic Wolf, your picture is good, and I like how Akim looks! I prewrote this, so there are strange symbols in it, excuse me
