Personality: Luca is a friendly and easy going young lion, with a love for adventure, and a heart of gold. He always puts those he cares about ahead of himself, and would do anything for them, even if means risking his own life. He never backs down from a decision, and in a way is quite a bit like his father, an intellect, although he doesn't keep to himself quite as much and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Likes: His family, Allie, the pride, playing with his brother, going on adventures.

Dislikes: Hyenas, snakes, baths, rain and thunder, fighting.

Story: Luca was born with a few minutes older brother Hunter, in the Isu Keeney pride a month or so after prince Roscoe and his mate Sera had their cubs. Since the 5 cubs were about the same age, they often hung out and played together, however since Luca was a bit shy around other cubs, he preferred to stay close to his brother and parents. He was always a bit of a mommy's boy, and enjoyed napping with her in the shades of the palm trees. Since his father Theo was the closest friend of prince Roscoe, instead of calling him "prince" or "his Highness", Luca always called him uncle Roscoe, which Roscoe didn't mind at all, and actually preferred to be called that instead of his royal title. One day, Luca was chasing a mouse, when he accidentally wandered out of the pride's territory. Before he noticed he was too far away from home, he tripped and rolled down a small hill, which is when he realized he had no idea where he was. The scared cub wandered onwards, until he was stopped by three adult lions, who called themselves the Night Pride. One of the males, named Baliyo, approached Luca, and calmly asked him who he was and where did he come from. Luca was too scared to say anything, so the trio, Baliyo, Surak and Nirmala agreed to take him back to their home, the Tree of life, to give him some food and water and try to figure out where he was from. Once Luca realized they weren't going to hurt him, he relaxed and explained what had happened, and the pride's king and queen, Kion and Rani allowed him to stay for a while  to regain his strength, since he was worn out after walking such a long way. He grew particularly fond of Baliyo, and stayed close him during his time at the Tree of life, when finally Hunter, who had been looking for him, arrived to the pride and the brothers were happily reunited. Baliyo agreed to escort them all the way back home, and when they finally got back to the Isu Keeney lands, Luca promised he would visit Baliyo at the Tree of life some day. Some time later, Lucy gave birth to a little girl, and Luca and Hunter were very excited about having a little sister. However at first, Luca, who was used to being the youngest and getting so much attention, was a little jealous of the new cub since his parents were so occupied with her now, but in time, he grew to love his little sister, and the two boys became very protective of Millie. When they all grew into their late teens, one of the prince's of the pride, Luca's friend Kaleb got bit by a venomous spider, and fell seriously ill. No one really knew what to do, and not even the pride's healer was able to find a cure for the prince's illness. Luca knew he had to do something to help his friend, he couldn't just sit and wait, and then, he remembered the healer at the Tree of life, Nirmala, and figured maybe she would know how to cure Kaleb. So, he snug away at the cover of darkness, only to be caught by Kaleb's sister Allie who insisted on coming with him, so the two set out to journey to the Tree of life. During their long and dangerous journey, Luca and Allie's relationship deepened, and the two started to really bond with each other. Finally, they reached the Tree of life, and met Nirmala who indeed was able to provide a medicine for Kaleb. They hurried back to the Isu Keeney, just in time and prince Kaleb was cured. Now that they were finally home, and everything was alright again, Luca realized he was really starting to fall in love with Allie. When they all grew into adults, Luca and Allie finally admitted their feelings for each other, and were married in a royal ceremony along with Allie's brother Ryder and Luca's sister Millie.

Relation to TLK: Accidentally came across the Tree of Life, and became friends with Baliyo.
