Personality: Sefu has a sharp tongue and quick wits, and he isn't easily fooled. In a way he is a lot like his younger brother Simba, he is always eager to prove himself to be brave and will go into great lengths in doing so, also he has a love for adventures, however unlike Simba, Sefu isn't too keen on being a leader, or a king for that matter. He can be rather lazy, and likes to dodge his responsibilities. Still, Sefu has a very strong sense of justice and he absolutely hates to see others being mistreated and he will always stick up to those he sees are in need of help. 

Likes: Simba, the Pridelands, his friends, napping, swimming, zebra and wildebeest meat.

Dislikes: Scar, violence, bullies, having to work for his goals, hyenas.

Story: Sefu was born one year before his brother Simba, and was therefore the original heir of Mufasa. As a cub Sefu was very close with both his parents, and loved going on walks around the Pridelands and stargazing with his father, but he never really adjusted to the idea that some day he would take over after Mufasa as king. He didn't like the thought of having so much responsibilities and so many duties, as he'd much rather play around and seek new adventures, but Mufasa scolded him and told him that a king can't just go running off having fun and doing as he pleased. One day, when Sefu was approaching his teens, he got fed up, and snug away during one of his lessons. By mistake, he wandered into hyena territory, and being very inexperienced in fighting or defending himself, he nearly got killed by a group of hyenas. Just then, a rogue lion appeared to the scene and fought off the hyenas, and now, a badly wounded Sefu's head dropped to the gound, and he lost consciousness. Upon discovering his son's disappearance, Mufasa immidietally ordered a search party. They spotted blood and hyena tracks in the ground, and picked up Sefu's scent, and so they had to make the assumption that he had been killed. Heartbroken and furious, Mufasa banished all the hyenas into the elephant graveyard, but what he and Sarabi didn't know was that their son was in fact alive - he was recovering from his injuries in the den of that same rogue who had saved him. Two days later, Sefu awoke, confused and far from home.The rogue turned out to be friendly, and had just recently lost his mate and son. He helped nurse Sefu back to health, but by the time his wounds had healed and he had regained his strenght, Sefu was reluctant to return home, as he feared he would get in trouble for running away. So, he decided to forget about his life in the Pridelands, as hard as it was, and stayed with the rogue, keeping him company. Sefu eventually grew into an adult, and the rogue he had been staying with passed away from old age. For some time, Sefu travelled around Africa as a loner, until one day news reached him that his father had died, and his uncle Scar had taken over the Pridelands, where the conditions were now absolutely terrible and food was running out. Sefu was horrified to hear that his old home was in such a state, and so began a campain to gather a group to fight and overtrhow Scar. He did manage to gain some followers, but by the time they got to the Pridelands, they discovered that Mufasa's younger son, and Sefu's brother Simba had already defeated Scar and taken over as king. Sefu went and introduced himself to Simba, and the brothers had a heartfelt first meeting. Simba welcomed Sefu and his small group to stay in the Pridelands, and they gladly accepted, and Sefu was more than happy to be back home, and to have a brother. He was also secretly happy he didn't have to take the role of king.
