Personality: Zabu is often lazy. Preferring to sleep then play all the time. However, Zabu is an extremely good hunter and tracker.

History: Zabu and her brother were born around the time when the Pride land lions welcomed the outland lions into the pride.

Things didn't run as smoothly as Kiara had thought, as the outland lions ate almost everything in sight due to having almost no food in their old home. It was also noticed that the outland lions treated the cubs very harshly. It took a really long time for everyone to adjust.

Zabu was fascinated with stories from her mother Vitani and Uncle Kovu about their old home and how hard things were when they were growing up. 

Zabu and her brother had become best friends with Eadlyn and Aspin and although they had different views on things, they all got along very well.

When Zabu and her brother, along with Eadlyn and Aspin were teenagers they were put in charge to go into what used to be the outlands and tell Kiara about anything they could do to help restore it
