Personality: Asa seeks harmony, going to great lengths to avoid interpersonal conflict. He is sensitive to the feelings of others, and with sincere devotion and oftens aim to please wherever possible. He is very well aware of people and their feelings, and relate well to most others, but with some reserve.

Story: Asa was born of the union between the strange lion and the young healer Nirmala. When the strange lion was found out by Scar and the pridelands, he fled trying to find a place to stay and come up with a new plan. Scar believed that he had destroyed him, but in the last minutes after the Cobra bit scar, he fled and ended up at the tree of life, He was being treated by the healer Nirmala. 

Unknown to Nirmla, the strange lion had a plan, he woul try to take over the tree and use Nirmala to do it, he pretended to be her friend, but when she became pregnant with his cub, he fled not wanting the responsibilty and was never heard from again. Nirmala gave birth to a boy, whom she cherished and gave all the love she could. 

Asa grew up with the night pride's cubs and became super close with Baliyo his cousin. Asa grew up loving the healing arts much like his mother wanting nothing more than to find his place in the world. He was wise and paitent and often helped his mother in hopes of taking over one day. He has an intense hatred for his father and what he has done to his mother.

One day his cousin Baliyo brought back an injuried lioness. Her name was Cora and she was badley injuried and helped his mother heal her. There was something about Cora that fasinated Asa and so he would take her for walks, and tell her about the land and soon the two became very close.
