Personality: Playful and curious like most cubs are, he can often be stubborn. Sometimes rude but that's from growing up in a mean pride. 
Likes: Saskia, playing and doing mean pranks with friends on other pride members. 
Dislikes: Arguing with Saskia, bedtimes and being told no. 
Friends: Saskia and Tedros. 
Foes: Hyenas. 
Relation: He's the reason why the pride was attacked by Shenzi, Ed and the other hyenas. Welcomed in the pridelands by Mufasa and father to Kula

History: Haali's parents died of an illness when he was very young. He was later adopted by a teenaged member of the pride, Saskia. Being young herself, she adopted him as her brother instead of son.

Haali is known for being a trouble maker and often pranking is fellow pride members. One night, he and his friend Sofia, decided to sneak away from the pride to explore. This however, proved to be a little bit difficult as Saskia liked to stay up most of the night, so they would have to leave without her knowing. Haali and Sofia managed to get out when Tedros, their Prince, came to talk with Saskia. 

It was so exciting being out of the pride. Usually the cubs weren't allowed out for their safety. Haali and Sofia had so much fun, only when they decided to go back home, they ran into some hyenas. Haali and Sofia had never seen hyenas before and were amazed by them. The Hyenas introduced themselves as Shenzi and Ed. The Hyenas suggested that they play a game. They told Haali and Sofia to close their eyes and count. 

Haali peaked and saw one of the hyenas pounce at Sofia and eat her. Terrified, Haali ran back to the pride. He ran straight into Saskia's leg. She asked where Sofia was. In such a panic, he couldn't get his words out. 

The hyenas had followed him. Haali ran to hide. When he looked back, he saw Shenzi and Ed corner Saskia. He started crying. First Sofia and now his sister. All because he broke Tedros's rule. 

Luckily, Tedros saved Saskia and the pride. Haali knew he was going to be in trouble. Tedros was angry. Haali broke a rule, got another cub killed and put the pride in danger. Tedros put Haali on patrol, a dangerous job, especially for a cub. Saskia wasn't allowed to help him. 

One day there was a new member of the Bizawabi pride. Princess Mihrimah. Haali stayed away from her. Strangers were dangerous. Saskia seemed to hate her but then they were friends. Haali thought that was odd and he was a bit jealous. Saskia didn't like anyone other than Tedros and himself. 

When Haali was a teenager their was another odd thing about Mihrimah. She left the pride in the middle of the night and didn't say goodbye to anyone. Haali thought this was confusing. If she and Tedros were in love, then why did she leave?. He tried to ask Saskia but she just growled at him telling him to mode his own business. 

Soon, Tedros kicked Haali out of the pride. Tedros decided that Haali had to leave and find his own pride, he was big enough now. This saddened Haali a bit. He'd miss his home and sister Saskia. Before Haali left, Saskia whispered to him to find the pridelands. That way, she could still visit him. 

Doing as he was told, Haali left and found the pridelands. He was welcomed by Mufasa, a young male around Saskia's age. Saskia visited him every night. One day he fell in love. Haali and his love had a cub together, Kula. He often took Kula to a secret place where she could meet her aunt Saskia.
