Bio/Personality: Kamal is the current King of the 'Southern Valley Lands'. He comes from a pride that has been royalty for quite some time now and of course he has inherit his position a bit sooner than expected after his father's death ( it was unknown how he died, could have been an sickening disease everyone thought). Kamal is known by his pride memebers as a very loving, friendly, supportive King who always look after his pride and will do anything to protect and keep every one intact. He spends most of his time guarding and patrolling, keeping himself always busy and never having any time to settle down with a lioness.

But, it was until one lucky day he comes across Tojo's daughter 'Aria'. The lioness is starved and looks to be very dehydrated. Who knows where she is from and what has happened to her. Kamal being so generous and kind, asked Aria if she needed any assitance and he would gladly be her aid. He knows a healer who can check her health, his pride has plenty of food, and he also knows a great source of water nearby. Aria at first is very hesistated and unsure about Kamal, not knowing who he is and if she can truly trust him. She had a flashback of 2 male lions attacking her birth pride and her parents. It was very terrifying and traumatizing at that time for a cub to watch. So, because of her past, she is very protective of herself and sees Kamal as a threat. Although he explains that he is a King, Aria is still not budging. A title meant nothing to her.

After some days of trying and leaving Aria alone, Kamal has given up and respected the lioness's wishes. He felt that it was too good to be true to come across a lioness as beautiful as she. That fact that she would'nt even give him a chance of day was a bit sadden, but he understood and realize that he cannot force things. Eventually though, Aria finally came around after being desprate for food, water, and shelter. Kamal accepts right away and allowed for her to stay at his pride. One day at a time the two learn more about each other's world and history. Both stories different but similar in a way. It was what drawn them close. Kamal felt very bad to hear about Aria's scary past about being a part from her parents and what happened to her birth pride. It made him feel even more thankful to have a home, his mother still being alive, and to be a royal.

Later on after some time, Kamal and Aria both have grown extremely close falling in love and in ending result, Aria becoming his Queen. He taught Aria everthing she knows about the pride and what being a royal is all about. While Aria was out hunting, she stumbled across her parents after so many lost years. It was very emotional for her and it felt like a dream come true. She brought them back home to the pride to introduce Kamal. Kamal was stunned and very happy that Aria has reunited with her parents and already given them the okay if they wanted to join the pride to be with their daughter. Tojo notices how much in love his daughter is with Kamal and wants to learn more about him, so he accepts the offer.
