Personality: Very insecure, stubborn, she believes what the other said even more than what she really think. She doesn't believe in true love. Doesn't like to be the last one for anything.

History:
The parents of Lira and Tiffay didn't have a Pride, they were on her own traveling only with her two daughters.
When Tiffay and Lira became teens they were near the outlands, very quick they visit the Pride to meet the guys on it.
The only make of their age was Nuka.
Lira saw him and didn't like him at all, but really it was the only male by miles, al she "picked him" only to win him over her sister.
They both convinced their parents to stay near the outlands, they said they were very happy there, but it was only because each in secret wanted to win the onlj male available there: Nuka.
Time passed and Lira flirted with Nuka very often. It wasn't about real love. She only was so excited to have someone for her and have a boyfriend before Tiffay. And Nuka was so excited to prove it were wrong all in the Pride who said he would never had a mate.
Before that Tiffay and Lira were friends of each other but after Nuka came in on their lives they were apart always fighting between them.
Their parents realize they made a mistake and ask them to leave with them and continue traveling but both Tiffay and Lira refused and as adults they said they could make their own decisions.
Their parents know this would end it well, so trying to talk with them separately but both girls were so angry and desperate to beat the other one that wouldn't listen to them. Their parents leaved that lands, very sad but didn't want to see their daughters tearing apart each other.
Lira didn't even care about their parents left. She had her "own men" now and felt very proud. She felt like a winner and thought everyone see her that way.
When she get pregnant her sister got so jealous that she also mated with Nuka without anyone know it, she was planning to reveal that "surprise" after she also had a cub to prove it was better than Lira's.
Finally Lira's cub was born. A dark little ball of fur. Lira named him Zuni. She and Nuka were very proud. Very fast introduced him with the rest of the outlanders. Lira expected to hear so much compliments and congrats but she forgot the "place" of Nuka on the Pride, anyone wanted him, it was a dumb and loser to anyone, so instead of all those kind words and praises she expected received a lot of laughs and many lions mocking their little cub.
Lira felt so embarrassed and it was so ashamed. She regret about everything, about being the mate of Nuka, about have a cub with him anything!
Nuka tried to comfort her, he really loved his son, and to his eyes he was perfect.
Lira didn't look at the cub at the same way, she even changed his name to Huzuni that means "pain, grieve".
She realized she was never inlove with Nuka and now she was marked with his misserable cub.
By that time her sister Tiffay, after seeing how bad her sister was instead of trying to comfort her she got scared about the same could happen to her if anyone finds out that her cub was also from Nuka so she abandoned her sister and leave the outlands.
By the time Huzuni started eating for himself Lira was unrecognizable, she was so skinny and with an ugly appearance she didn't treat her cub with any gesture of love or kindness, barely ever talked to him, the same with Nuka.
Still Nuka did care for his cub so he played with him, tell them stories and sleeping with him every night, he gave the cub the love he deserved, he knew how their own parents (Zira and Scar) didn't want him ever and never gave him a chance to prove himself, he didn't want his cub felt the same way, so he tried his best to show his son, he was already proud.
If only Lira wouldn't care about what others said she would realize her cub was actually very intelligent even more than the normal for his age, Nuka saw it and tried to tell her, the cub has a great potential.
But she never ever tried to get to know her cub, since the moment he was born she decided it was a mistake she should never make.
Vitani and Irina (Nuka's half sisters) tried to cheer her up but it was no use.
Lira decided she was tired of live.
Lira didn't eat anymore, it was even more weak. But didn't accept anyone's help.
Finally, her weak body didn't support anymore and Lira died.
Nuka was so sad, more because he knew she decided that way.
He hugged his son and talked to him about it.
"Your mommy isn't with us anymore son"-he said
"Why dad? It's because she was very sad? And why she was sad dad" 
"I don't know son, she had it all..."
"Maybe mom didn't like me, that's why she called me Huzuni isn't?" He said sadly
"Your mom had nothing clear on her head son, she... is resting now, is what matters is what she wanted...But you don't have anything to worry son, I'm here, and I'll always take care of you, no matter what".
Huzuni hugged his father. Even the death of her mother was tragic he didn't feel many pain, he was smart and he knew since the beginning her mother didn't love him, even she never told him, he felt it that way.

That way the only one who cried for Lira it was Nuka, he really thought they could be a happy family together.
Tiffay heard about Lira's death months after that.

And wasn't many time after that that Nuka also died while he was chasing Simba (TLK 2) trying to pleased his mother and to give something to his son to be proud of.

The little cub Huzuni was an orphan now.
