One day Haley was being picked on, and a lion stood up for her. He helped her up and they walked away.

The lion introduced himself as Ben, and that she was welcome to stay with him and his friends. Haley was happy, she had friends. She liked hanging out with the lions a lot better than the other cheetahs. The lions were nice to her.

As a teenager she liked to laugh with Haali. He was her best friend, she liked going for walks with Ben, who was now her mate. Haley hunts with Kiara, Tifu and Zuri. She gets the prey in one place while Kiara, Tifu and Zuri attacks from behind. They were a good team.
