Personality: Friendly,gentle, and kind. He will spring into action if a cub is in danger and will make sure the cub is safe from harm. He will only use his teeth and claws for protection or for fighting. He hates to show weakness to others and he can only see out of his right eye since he lost his left eye from fighting a rogue male it doesn't bug him much.

History: Walinzi was born to Mega and Sarafina with two other siblings Mheetu and Nala. Mega and Sarafina loved all their cubs dearly but Walinzi got most of the attention since he was smaller than his siblings. When Walinzi became a cub he met a lioness cub named Mgumu and that she had a sister named Kula  Walinzi liked playing with Mgumu and he admired her bravery and toughness. Before Scar's regine had started Sarafina had felt worried about her son's safety and talked to Mega about it and he too felt worried so it was best for them to leave the PrideLands for the safety of Walinzi unless Scar tried to do something to little Walinzi they didn't want to risk it. After explaining it to Walinzi and his siblings Mheetu and Nala they were upset that they had to depart after saying goodbye Mega took Walinzi with him and left to return to his own pride where he raised Walinzi there. Walinzi never forgot about his friends at Pride Rock and hoped he would see Mgumu again.

Soon Walinzi grew into a teen with a tuft of mane coming on his head and on his chest and neck. He was trained to hunt by his father Mega but that failed when Walinzi came face to face with a rogue male and he lost his left eye from fighting off the rogue male. The scars on his left eye had healed and he didn't seem to be bothered by it and had to learn how to use his right eye which he became very good at it with his father's help. Mega wasn't even worried that his son had lost his left eye he knew he could use his right eye with some training.

Walinzi then became an adult and left his father's home hoping to start somewhere fresh. He was a traveling rogue and came across a jungle that a meerkat and warthog had made their home. Walinzi had found out their names were Timon and Pumbaa they had welcomed him in after explaing that he had nowhere to go and that it was to hot to travel Timon and Pumbaa allowed him to stay for as long as he liked and he was glad for that he then made his home in the jungle until he could start traveling again. Walinzi got along really well the duo and learned about Simba and how they had raised him after saving him from a desert. Walinzi really liked staying with them but decided it was time to move on. Timon and Pumbaa had understood him and wished him well on his travel. He didn't have to travel long because he had soon reached the border to the PrideLands and had made his home there for awhile being tired of a traveling rogue.

One day he was hunting a rabbit there were cries for help making the rabbit look up and took off hopping away leaving Walinzi grumbling and he heard the cries again and took off in the direction of the cries for help and saaw a young male cub being cornered by a cobra the other cub had ran in a different direction leaving Habari alone with the cobra. Walinzi had roared and ran towards the cobra and jumped infront of the cub and fought of the cobra. The cobra gave up and slithered away leaving Walinzi alone with Habari who looked scared at first after Walinzi asked what his name was and he found out his name ws Habari when a red lioness had attacked him on his blind side with out him knowing and he got pinned by the red lioness. He told her he meant no harm and was let up after awhile he then told the lioness he had saved her cub from the cobra and told her his name was Walinzi and that he was just passing through. Walinzi found out that the red lioness's name was Huria and that they lived in the pridelands.

Huria had thanked Walinzi for saving her cub Habari and explained that he had near sightedness and had trouble seeing things that were far away Walinzi told her he bad vision in his scarred eye so he uses his right eye for seeing so Habari and him were kinda the same. Huria then offered to escort him back to Pride Rock where King Kovu and Queen Kiara lived along with the previous King and Queen Simba  after seeing his sister Nala she and him reunited happily leaving Huria and the others confused Walinzi explained to them that Nala was his sister this shocked Huria but was happy for Walinzi that he had been reunited with his sister Nala.

 Huria explained to King Kovu about what had happened with Walinzi and Habari. Walinzi was allowed to stay and he soon got to know Habari and Huria a little more. Huria didn't trust him right away but the other lionesses did but once she saw how good he was with Habari she slowly started to trust him and opened up more to him. Walinzi started to spend time with both of them. Walinzi really liked playing with the young cub Habari. Huria  the ever protective mother would always join them in watching them and supervised them as Walinzi taught and trained Habari. Soon enough Huria began to speak to Walinzi and started to hang out with him outside the training sessions he had wirh Habari and the two started to become close. When Habari was spending time with the other cubs he would spend time with Huria and get to know her a little better he found out that Simba was Huria's half brother and that she had a sister named Sukari who was living with her mate in different pride leaving Huria in the pridelands with her cub Habari from having a small walk with his sister Nala he was shocked when he found out and had know idea that Sarabi and Scar were Huria's parents.

While talking with Huria he had let something slip about finding out about her parentage which made things worse for him and Huria she had blown up on him in anger and immedately broke off their friendship feeling heartbroken and sadden that Huria broke off their friendship Huria didn't even talk to him or look at him for days and weeks. 

Walinzi did everything he could by winning her back as his friend again. Walinzi went to Habari Huria's son for help and Habari told him about a red flower that Huria really likes but that was interrupped by Habari's aunt Mgumu who shooed him away. Walinzi then explained to Mgumu that he was trying to win Huria back as a friend again and that Habari had mentioned to him of a red flower that was his mother's favorite with the help of Mgumu he found the flower growing in the gorge where King Mufasa was killed by a stampeed. Walinzi didn't want to mess up the grave where King Mufasa was buried and found some red flowers growing close by and picked one for Huria. At twilight he was suppose to meet up with Mgumu but ito his surprise it turned out to be Huria herself which left him shocked and this made Huria shocked as well but Walinzi gave a sincere apology to Huria while offering the red flower to her which surprised her since they were her favorite she wanted to know where he found it and he explained to her Mgumu had helped him find on for her. Huria then accepted the apology by giving him one more chance and he told her he wouldn't screw up the one chance he has with her. They were now on friendly terms again Walinzi kept leaving flowers for Huria which would surprise her but she would accept them anyway while blushing after noticing the flower but she didn't really mind it was her favorite flower some lionesses thought it was sweet and adorable that Walinzi kept bringing flowers for Huria.

Habari had heard them making up and becoming friends again he was happy that his mother had made up with Walinzi and knew Walinzi was the perfect match for her as did the rest of the pride.
