Pride(s): None growing up, was an independent traveller all his life up until he had come across Vitani in the Pride Lands. He now owns a partnership pride with Vitani called the, "Azaan Pride".

Personality/Bio: Naba is the mate of Vitani and a new enemy threat to Simba. In the beginning, Naba lived life very independently. He was never in a pride, always free to roam around and do as he pleased. He learned life the hard way. By that meaning, he had to search for food on his own, how to groom himself properly, how to defend and fight others to claim territory. No other lions or his parents taught him. Things were very challenging, but over time he finally made due and survived surprisingly well.

But it was not until one day Naba got tired of living alone. He dreamed of having his own family and pride. He realized that he is no longer in his "prime" younger adult years and it is time to settle down. So he began on a new search to find a perfect lioness to meet his equal standards and that is when he met Vitani. It was a perfect match made in heaven for the two, both had dreams of settling down and having their own pride, except Vitani wished to run away from her haunting troubles. He learned that she is having a rough time letting go of her past being reminded every day of her mother's death. Vitani blames herself regrettably and wished that she followed her mother's orders to attack Simba, then just maybe she could have survived alive (in her thinking).

After hearing Vitani's entire story, Naba felt bad and promised her a newer happy life. He would do anything for her to have that and Vitani accepted his loyalty. She did not leave Pride Rock right away though at that particular moment, instead her and Naba hanged out secretly and eventually he granted her a female cub, who they've named "Laavanya". She was born at Pride Rock, which everyone was shocked. They had no idea knowing Vitani was pregnant and who the father is, since she kept it as a down low very good. But Vitani did not want to raise her cub there, which her and Kovu had a bad dispute about. He disliked that his sister wanted to leave the Pride Lands. But over time, he calmed himself and respected her wishes, wishing her nothing but the best of luck out there.

 So together, the two ran out of the Pride Lands in search of a empty land to start their pride. Once found, they named their pride "Azaan" which Naba said means "Stronger, Powerful". Some of Simba's new pride members from Zira's old pride later decided to join the pride and of course Naba accepted them right in. It helped increased the number of members for the Azaan pride, which meant more protection and hunters. Next thing you know, things became very successful. Everyone in the pride respected both him and Vitani. Laavanya was raised as the next leader of the pride and also trained hard to complete Scar and Zira's legacy to defeat Simba and also to defeat her Aunt Zahara. Vitani wanted to return back home to the Out Lands, but Zahara did not accept. She called her a traitor and back stabber for joining Kovu and the others in Simba's Pride. Vitani was angry since the Out Lands is her birth pride and she had the right to return.

In order to come back, she knows she needs to fight Zahara one on one, but she needs help and that would be her and Naba's daughter.
