Personality: Clever, pretty smug and self centered, sneaky, excellent at pretending to be something he's not. Cowardly when it comes to conflicts, and often leaves others to do the work for him.

Likes: Sauda, pleasing others, naps, being complimented, eating.

Dislikes: Ngosi, Kaius, getting his "paws dirty", conflicts, water, bugs.

Story: Rasul's parents were killed by hyenas when he was just an infant, and they would have killed him too if it hadn't been for a lion called Ni, who came and fought the hyenas off, and took the little cub under his wing. Ni took the cub back to his pride, and raised him as his own son, and Rasul, who never really got to know his real parents, came to love and respect Ni as his real father. When Rasul reached his teens, their pride was evaded by a wandering group of young rogues, who killed Ni and took over, which was when Rasul escaped from his home and finally reached a jungle bound territory, called the Oasis pride. The king and queen of the Oasis pride welcomed him with open arms, and that's where he settled down and grew into an adult. When Rasul heard that king Ngosi was choosing a leader for the royal guard, this sparked his interest: Now, he wasn't a good fighter, or a very brave lion at that, but he liked the idea of being a leader and ordering others, so he made an adress to the king and tried to persue him to grant him the role. Ngosi said he would consider it, and Rasul was excited - but then heard that Ngosi had assigned a lion named Kaius for the job. Rasul grew extremely bitter and jealous, stormed away and reached the Bloodbourne pride. He was confronted by some of queen Sauda's lions, but managed to speak his way through and meet the queen herself, he offered her a deal: He would work as a spy for her and report anything worth it from the Oasis pride, and she would help him get revenge on Ngosi - which suited Sauda just fine, because the two prides had been sworn enemies for as long they could remember.

Relation to TLK: Ni's adopted son, lives in a pride ruled by Kula's son and Scar and Zira's daughter.
