Personality:

Loyal: This barn owl guy is extremely loyal to the royal family he serves and his pride. He could do everything for them them, and more.
Arrogant: Jareth likes to talk about his so many qualities and his importance to the Dark Water Pride, and often underestimate others.
Finicky: He is extremely difficult to please, will look at every single small detail and complain if it doesn't feel just right. He is pretty demanding and Just want everything to be perfect.
Honest: Jareth only tells the truth and can't bare anyone who breaks the laws, especially the circle of life. He's a very trustworthy bird.
Helpful: He likes to helps everyone in anything they need, he likes to feel useful, and see the results of his help.

Story:

Jareth egg hatched in a hot day of summer, his mother didn't laid any egg that year, so he was the only baby owl in the nest. One day, his mother went looking for food, while his father stayed watching him, but she never returned, so his father decided go after her, however, he didn't come back as well. Hungry and missing his parents, Jareth tried to fly after them, but he wasn't able to get to far, since his wings were still developing, the he decided keep going by foot.
Hopeless and tired, he started yell for help. A martial eagle that was flying nearby came rescue him, bringing the little owl to the Dark Water Pride. There, the eagle communicate with the actual king, Isaac, an old lion, and they decided the martial eagle would take care of Jareth. The eagle was like a mother for Jareth, and raised him with love and discipline after they couldn't find his true parents. Still pretty young, Jareth wanted to be the  royal family majordomo, like his adopted mother, and she began training him proudly. A little after his  training was completed, and he took his mother places as she retired, king Isaac died, and Michelangelo was the new ruler.  Jareth would be always by his side, doing reports along the day, and helping him with his duties. When Michelangelo found a mate and they had cubs, Jareth helped babysit them. He shared a special bond with Aquarius and her perfectionist way, however, he likes every cub of the royal family,  even if they could be really annoying and messing around sometimes.
When Aquarius was in her healing process at the Tree of Life, he would visit her regularly, and tell her about her family, but but never about the royal duties, as Nirmala suggested. Sometimes he would accompany aAquarius during a walk during the Tree of Life territory, and even help Feliks giving him advices of how to approach of Aquarius. I’m the end of day, he would return to the Dark Water Pride and tell the Queen and the King how his daughter is doing.

Relation with TLK/G: He constantly visits the Tree of Life, due to politics or to visit Aquarius. He likes to advise Feliks about Aquarius.
