Story: Kaden's parents were a Pridelander male and an Outlander female who fell in love and started living together in the Pridelands after the war. Kaden was always a very spoiled cub, which caused him to grow into a rather selfish and cocky young lion, who liked flirting with lionesses and got used to others doing pretty much everything for him. He enjoyed chasing after small animals, he never killed them but he just loved chasing them for sports, and one day, when he was chasing a mouse, he ended up at the border between the Pridelands and the Outlands. There, he spotted a young lioness - like none of the lionesses he had ever seen, she was very beautiful and kind of mysterious. Kaden approached her, only to notice that she didn't seem all to eager to talk him, him being a total stranger, and even though he tried to act as charming as possible, she still seemed rejective. He did get her to tell him her name, which was Jaal, and then she left. Kaden returned home, not being able to forget about her and then next day he returned to the same spot, hoping to run into her again. Jaal kept acting distant towards him, but Kaden didn't give up - he saw a challenge, and decided to try his best to win her trust, and for the first time ever in his life he wasn't just trying to flirt with a lioness, he genuinely wanted to get to know Jaal better and spend time with her.

Relation to TLK: Lives in Simba's pride, and his crush's mother is a former follower of Zira.
