Personality/Bio: Zaire was born and raised in the Out Lands. A specific time era before Zira had even claimed the Out Lands as her home. Someone else before her ruled then. Zaire necessarily did not come from a pride, but lived with a small group of lions that consists just 2 males and 3 females total. Zaire during his time is the only cub. One female could not bare a cub for some odd reason and the other female is early pregnancy, which had left Zaire alone without friends (in his age). Zaire learned to play and entertain himself. He often stayed close to his mother except when she had to leave to do hunts. As a cub, he tend to be bashful and quiet. But he is always taught to be respectful and kind.

As time went on, Zaire grown up to be a handsome lion. He looks much like his father, the leader of the Out Lands (at this particular time frame), but he did not have a good bond with father though unlike his relationship with his mother. Zaire disliked his father for many reasons. One most important reason is for when his father made partnership with the hyenas and allowed them to take over majority of the land. The over hunt a lot and took over the river. Zaire is fed up and confronted his father. It ended badly earning a fight between them and it also caused for Zaire to exiled. Zaire left with minor injuries, but never dared to return back to the Out Lands.

So now, he is known as the lonely rogue. He survives well though and appears to be in good shape. His bashful, kind ways is behind him now as he grown to be a bit grouchy and easily tempered. He blames himself for fighting her father and getting kicked out of the pride. His mother must be ashamed. She was the one who told him not to confront his father. But Zaire wanted a change.

Zaire travelled around a lot. He encountered the Pride Lands a few times and came near a new pride nearby called, "The Lake Pride". There, he runs into a beautfiul lioness named, "Aalin". He found her being attacked and chased by Scar's hyenas, since Scar is the ruler of the Pride Lands (at this particular time). He saves her and earns her trust, as she sees him as a kind lion. She wanted his company, although Zaire was barely interested. He never would have though someone would be interested in him. He viewed himself worthless and a coward. Aalin saw different, she saw that they had a lot of similarities. Which eventually brought them closer to love.
