Jel was born in the pridelands. He loved it there. There was enough food. Nobody was too greedy as they all agreed on the circle[EP1] of life. But soon things took a dark turn. The once peaceful and beautiful land was now under reign of a dark evil Lion. Jel mother thought it best to move on. So they did. They walked for a while and Jel grew into a fine young cheetah. He was soon on his own and he enjoyed his life. Soon he stumbled upon another Cheetah, Kagiso . And he was head over heels for her the moment he saw her.
