Personality: Caring, loving, very friendly, sweet, protective over family and loved ones, very brave, intelligent, kind, respectful, loves a challenge, joyful, charming, delightful, warm, supportive, and understanding of others.

Bio: Cali is the mate to Kovu and Kiara's son Rajan. Cali was born and raised in a care-free land called, "The Free Lands", where lions and other species of animals can roam around freely without having strict rules and responsibilites. Cali also is not from a pride either. Her and mother tend to live in a small group that had 4 lionesses and 3 cubs (including herself).

Cali's childhood was good and very enjoyable, never having to worry about being unsafe or harmed. She could come and go as pleased, her mother trusting her where ever she had gone. But one day, Cali had wondered off too far this time and found herself inside the Pride Lands. There, she meets a male lion cub her exact age. The cub was shy but Cali approached him very energetic and friendly. She offered him to play a game and that is where their friendship blossomed. Cali in the beginning had no idea that this cub is a Prince, until she had met his parents.

Queen Kiara and King Kovu (at this particular time frame), helped Cali find her way home and met her mother halfway since she was already on a trail to find her daughter. The parents meet and exchange friendly gestures. They found it cute that their cubs want to continue their friendship and are in high hopes of seeing each other again! The Pride Lands King and Queen already approved. It was Cali's mother who at first was very unsure, since she knows nothing of this land. But she eventually relaxed after meeting up with Rajan's parents again, allowing for their cubs to have a play date.

Queen Kiara watched the cubs play, seeing how much theyr enjoy each other's company and that is the day where she discusses with her mate Kovu to bethrone the two. Cali's mother accepted, knowing that her daughter will grow up to be a beautiful Queen someday ruling great beside Rajan, who is future King.

So moving forward in time, everyday as Cali gotten older and can travel to the Pride Lands alone without her mother's supervision, she visits her best friend Rajan everyday and soon grown feelings for him too! Everyone at Pride Rock, including his parents knew all about it. But it was Rajan who caught on slowly until one day him too had started to feel the same way. 

Adulthood, Rajan admits his love to Cali and wants to run away and create his own pride with her at his side. Cali of course right away supports his choice. It took his mother a while to accept but after having Kovu and his grandfather Simba to talk sense into her, she finally lets her son go. Rajan promises that he will visit Pride Rock and when he did months later, him and Cali suprised them all with their baby girl Nadesha, Princess and future Queen of the Northern HighLand Pride.
