History: Emily was born in the pridelands and spent the first few weeks there before she and her mother were banshed with zira and the others. Not long after, Emily's mother died from hunger. There wasn't much food in the outlands. After a while, one of Zira's cubs left the pride. Emily didn't know him, so she didn't think anything of it.

As a teenager, Emily had fallen in love with Zira's son, Nuka. The two were always around each other, but one day, she heard news that Nuka had died. Upset, Emily left Zira's pride, everything reminded her of Nuka. She didn't get the chance to tell him she had his cub, Danna.

Emily and Danna her found by Marlee, a kind lioness who took them to her Mate Maxson, who agreed to let Emily and her young cub stay with them.
