Personality: Hatari is an intelligent lion, and like Scar, his sibling got the strength of the two. He is very persuasive, and can manipulate some of the greatest lions. 

Likes: He loves his family, his pride, his mate, his King and Queen, future King and Queen.

Dislikes: Isolation, water, disasters, losing, and liars.

History: Hatari was born to a small river pride, but disaster struck and flooding destroyed his home. Since all he knew was gone he decided to leave what he knew and began searching for a pride to join. He wandered fpr months on end without a pride. Other prides labled him a rogue, and were afraid of him. He was weak and tired when he found a droughted Pridelands. He met the Queen at the time which was Laini and fell in love with her. But Laini was Scar's mate and he had to challenge Scar to be with Laini. When he fought Scar he lost horribly. Hatari was weak and frail. Afterwards he learned Laini was pregnant with twin cubs and he knew Scar would have killed him if he stuck around. Scar was convinced by Laini that the two cubs were his, after all, the little cubs looked awful like him. Scar named the male cub the heir of Priderock. With a heavy heart Hatari left the Pridelands. Laini had told him that her cousin had her own pride south of the mountains. He soon later became a Badlander and waited to one day, see Laini again. After Simba became King of Priderock again, Zira staged his cub, Kuua's death so she could cubnap him. With distress, Simba let Laini take her other cub, Diani, to go live with her cousin in the Badlands and she later reunited with her long lost love. Hatari now lives a content life not-knowing that his son Kuua(re-named by Zira as Kovu) is living at Priderock.
