Story: Chaka and his sister Celestial were born a few months after the war between the Pridelanders and the Outlanders was over., with one older brother Chimalsi. Chaka was a wild and adventurous cub, just like his father was in his age, and loved getting into trouble. Still, deep down in that little rascal lived a mommy's boy, and Chaka loved spending time with his mother and admired his father greatlty, after hearing about all of his heroic deeds in the war. Since peace had returned to the land, Chaka and his sister had a rather normal and happy childhood, and some time later, his aunt Kiara and her mate Zemar had their litter of cubs, two boys, and Chaka couldn't wait to get to play with his cousins. His mother tried to tell him that they needed to grow a bit before they would be able to play with him, and Chaka was having a  real hard time being patient. Finally when his cousins, Zuberi and Dakarai were old enough to leave their den, the three boys started having all kinds of fun together. One day, they ventured to the river - which was strickly forbidden. The river was wide, and at one part there was a path of rocks leading across it. Chaka jumped from rock to rock and made it to the other side, daring Zuberi and Dakarai to follow him. Zuberi, the older one didn't think it was a good idea at all, but Dakarai didn't want to appear as a covard in front of his cousin, so he started hopping from one rock to another, but slipped and fell into the fast flowing water. Thankfully, Zemar happened to be near, and after hearing the cubs cries he rushed at the scene, and got his son out of the river. They walked home, and Zemar told Thabo and Ayana everything that had happened. Chaka's parents scolded him, and he was embarrassed and upset that he had gotten his little cousin in danger. From that on, he grew very protective of them both, and started acting more responsiby towards them, almost like a big brother figure.
