Story: Zemar was born in a small pride near the mountains. His parents were the leaders of the pride, and he had a rather normal childhood, but one day, when he had already reached adulthood, the pride was invaded by a few rogues who wanted to take over. They killed Zemar's parents and chased him away. Poor Zemar had to flee from his home, heart broken and no idea where he was going, and finally, after running for three days, he stopped under a large tree, laid down and fell asleep. Next morning, he was awoken by a tap on his head with a stick, and when he opened his eyes, he saw an elderly baboon in front of him. As he realized this tree was his home, Zemar apologized and explained that he just needed a rest after a long trip. The baboon, who introduced himself as Rafiki, told him it's alright, and he learned that he's in the Pride lands. Since Rafiki seemed friendly, Zemar explained his situation to him, and Rafiki suggested that he would go see the king and queen, and asking them if they would allow him to stay in the Pride lands. Zemar thanked him for his kindness, and went on with his way. After a while, he stopped for a drink in a small oasis, when a reflection of a lioness appeared to the water on the other side of the pond. Zemar raised his head, and before him there was the most beautiful lioness he had ever seen: little did he know it was princess Kiara, daughter of king Simba and queen Nala. It was love at first sight for him, but he snapped out of it once Kiara asked who he was and what he was doing there. Zemar introduced himself, telling her he was looking for a place to stay, and Kiara agreed to take him to Pride rock to see her parents - then Zemar realized that she was the princess. They reached Pride rock, where Zemar met the king and queen, who decided to let him stay. He was grateful, but also found himself falling for Kiara more and more every day. However, he found out that her heart already belonged to a lion named Kovu. He was of course dissapointed, but after hearing from Kiara's brother, Thabo, that Kovu was from the Outlands, both Zemar and Thabo started keeping an eye on him. But when the war between the Pridelanders and the Outlanders broke out, Kovu proved to be on their side, and after the battle, he and Kiara were bethrothed. Zemar was heartbroken, but since he wanted Kiara to be happy, he simply congratulated her and stepped aside. However, a few weeks later, Kovu realized that he wasn't really cut out to actually rule a kingdom, and as he panicked, he just simply disappeared, not saying anything to anyone. Kiara was devastated and heart broken, and Zemar did his best to comfort her - which was when the two started getting closer and their friendship developed into a deeper level. Finally, Kiara fell in love with Zemar, and Simba gave them his blessing, so they became mates, and a few months later they had two sons. A while later, they were blessed once more when KIara suddenly fell pregnant again to everyone's surprise and gave birth to a beautiful girl.
