Appearance: Nuru is a thin, scruffy male whom is quite small for his age. He is also lacking in a department which makes many others pick on him for. He has no mane. He doesn't see it as a bad thing, but does question why he doesn't have one. He has brown eyes, and a grey toned pelt much like his mother. He has a very 'outlander' body shape, with a pridelander nose.
Personality: Nuru is a guy who doesn't really talk much (not mute), he is tends to exclude himself from the group a lot of the time. Zalika has a crush on him and always wants him to come join their adventures, and when they are beating/picking on Sudi- he is always encouraged because all the other cubs like him. He tends not to pick on Sudi, because he believes they should be friends. He loves his mother a lot. He can tend to come off as a nasty cub but it's just that he never seems to show emotions that well, so anything he says can get taken the wrong way. He rarely smiles, which makes others seem to believe he isn't happy. When really, they might be right.

History:

Nuru was born outside of the Pridelands to his Outlander mother, Ahanti. For the first few months he was raised as a rouge outside of the Pridelands, so he could learn to fight on his own. During this time, he bonded well with his rouge father. As fate would decide, unfortunately his father was murdered by another prides males, whom saw him as a threat. Nuru and his mother were devastated, so his mother decided to move back to the Pridelands. This is where Nuru met the other cubs. He grew a little bit of dislike toward the Princess Zalika and her friends, as they were very mean to her little brother, Sudi. After a few more months, Nuru somehow ended up in Zalika's friends group- despite him avoiding her as much as possible, he picked up that she definitely had a crush on him which to him, was more of a reason to avoid her. As time went by, Nuru decided he no longer wanted to be friends with Zalika and her group of nasty cubs. One day, he ventured off into the Pridelands, and came across Prince Sudi whom seemed hurt. He decided he would help the cub and try to be friends with this cub instead. What could go wrong?
